A supply address identifies the physical location where a utility service is delivered. It represents the property, apartment, or unit that receives utilities such as electricity, water, gas, and so on. Each supply address can include one or more meter points, depending on the number of utilities supplied to that location. Supply addresses are also used to link customers to their premises through move-in and move-out processes. This ensures that billing, contracts, and consumption data always correspond to the correct location and tenant.

Vacant The toggle is automatically turned on when no tenant is linked to this supply address. When you move in a tenant, this toggle is turned off. If there are only landlords and no tenants, the toggle remains on.

To combine several supply addresses into one building

You can link several supply addresses in one building. This relationship is helpful for landlords who manage multiple units within a single property. By linking supply addresses, you don't need to add them all manually to the contract. You can refer to the building instead.

In such a configuration, you use the Supply Address Card page for both the building and its units. The difference is that the setup of the two fields on the Address & Contract FastTab.

Building Code Enter the building's supply address number to link this unit to the building. Leave the field empty.
