Installation
SkyBill's installation path depends on the version of Dynamics 365 Business Central. The approach is different for both online and on-premises versions.
Online
- Find SkyBill on Microsoft AppSource and select Contact me.
- Enter your contact details on the Ask someone from SkyBill to contact you page. Add necessary information in the Describe your use case field, if you have some specific requirements regarding your installation. For example, if you are testing SkyBill before offering it to the customer.
Note
SkyBill requires configuration before you can test it. In most cases, we provide a demo environment for you to explore the features and capabilities of SkyBill.
Important
While installing SkyBill from AppSource, you are logged in to AppSource with your Microsoft account. The preceding steps imply that you have one Microsoft account and one Dynamics 365 Business Central account. This way, SkyBill will be installed on our default Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. If you have more than one Microsoft account or multiple Dynamics 365 Business Central tenants, ensure that you log in to AppSource with the correct account before installation.
On-premises
To install SkyBill in Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises, you must contact SkyBill support team.
